VODAFONE Australia has the WORST, NON-HELPFUL, IDIOTIC, fuckin' so-called customer service ever.
so much for service industry these days.
and no they're not the Indian ones, because they happen to be very helpful/nice,
they're the ABC snobs because i can tell by their voice / name.
